  2. Manufacturing Partners

    Our Hong Kong Office oversees all factory engagement in Southern China and facilitates factory visits (mainly Southern China for TV/AV Products). English speaking merchandisers work hand in hand with Sales/Account Managers in Australia to better deliver quality products/competitive prices to our clients. Our food manufacturers are regularly audited and hold SQF level 3 or BRC Accreditation.

    All Tempo Group employees, contractors and suppliers must comply with and uphold all laws promoting social and ethical compliance (SEC) in all jurisdictions where the Tempo Group operates and take all practical steps to ensure that agents, contractors and intermediaries or business partners do not engage in conduct on our behalf that would contravene these requirements.

  4. Engineering

    Our Engineering department has the ability to provide in-depth testing and approval of products sourced and delivered to Australia. Services include product testing, obtaining approvals & verification certificates from Australian departments. We attach great importance to continuing education for all our team members, even the senior engineers to keep up with the development of new technologies.

  5. QA and Compliance

    Our Compliance department has over 30 years of experience in consumer products ensuring exceptional quality control. The QA and Compliance department supervise over 3000 hours of in-line & end production inspections each year.

  6. Artwork and Design House

    Our art department is composed of experienced designers, which facilitated communication with our customers and factories to create versatile designs for the clients or company needs. Their task is to develop cutting edge packaging design, POS, instruction manuals (revised by a team of technical editors), product catalogues, marketing materials and help the clients with any requests. To ensure optimum design for the graphic department to use the latest industry softwares and has access to their own in-house photo studio.

  7. Shipping & Logistics

    Ready for any shipping challenge, by sea or by air, the most efficient shipping solution is provided to our customers, from combined shipments to express shipping solution, to guarentee on time delivery. They are currently controlling over 4 million + individual product movements and organise over 3000 hours of inspections at the factories.

  8. After Sales Support

    Our Service Centre team direct the claims between the engineering deprtment and our large service agent network to ensure the fastest and best solution is provided to support our clients products and technical questions. Supported with a strong after sales support call centre and extensive product knowledge.

    A committed quality support team that handle the management of warranties, spare parts, store support and relay with the service centre for the customers, our brand and our customer’s brand. Our customer services representitives can answer in excess of 5000 calls per week, backed up with a state of the art data management system to provide the most efficient after sales service.
